Galette de Rois is baked throughout January in France celebrating the Epiphany, the day the Three Kings (les rois) reached baby Jesus 12 days after Christmas.

Composed of two puff pastry circles sandwiching a sweet vanilla frangipane filling. Each whole Galette des Rois comes with a crown and a fève, or bean, baked into it.

We will be serving Galette des Rois every weekend in January.

Whole galettes are 8 inches in diameter.
