Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F

    • Place frozen cookies 3 inches apart on a tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper

    • Place tray in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 mins.

    • Take out of the oven and place on wire rack, sprinkle Maldon sea salt and cool.

    • Enjoy by itself or with a cup of milk

    NOTE: For a softer interior, take out cookies when they are starting to golden. If they are brown all the way, once they cool down, they will be on the crunchier side.

  • Eggwash:

    • 1 large egg

    • Pinch of salt

    • Defrost frozen croissants the night before baking day in the fridge - covered.

    • Place croissants/ pain au chocolat on tray 4 inches apart from each other

    • Proof for 3 hours on middle rack in oven that’s off with a pot of hot water on bottom rack

    • After 3 hours or once the croissants/ pain au chocolat have doubled size, take tray out of the oven and pr-heat oven to 400F

    • Egg wash croissants/ pain au chocolat twice. 10 minutes before putting them in the oven, and right before.

    • Place croisants/ pain au chocolat in the oven, lower the heat to 375F and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    NOTE: Each oven in differen. If the croissants/ pain au chocolat are not golden brown by 20 minutes, add another 3-5 minutes

    • Pre-heat oven to 400F

    • Place frozen galettes on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper.

    • Once the oven has come to temperature, place tray with galettes on the middle rack and lower the oven temperature down to 375F.

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until th pastry is nice and golden brown.

    NOTE: Each oven in differen. If the croissants/ pain au chocolat are not golden brown by 20 minutes, add another 3-5 minutes.

    • Place frozen soup in a small to medium sized pot with 200ml of water.

    • Turn the stove on to low and let it defrost and slowly melt. (You can defrost the frozen soup the night before in the fridge

    • Slowly let the soup cook in low to medium heat until hot (or past 84C)

    • You can add more cream or water to adjust thickness.

  • Thaw frozen apple pie in the fridge for an hour.

    Baking instructions:

    • Pre-heat oven to 400F.

    • Take frozen apple pie out of the fridge, and brush the top of the pie dough with water or milk, and sprinkle on turbinado sugar.

    • Once pre-heated, put frozen apple pie on tray and place on the middle rack in the oven. Lower down the oven temperature to 375F

    • Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until the pie dough is a nice golden brown colour and the apple filling is slowly bubbling out of the holes.

    • Take out and let it rest for an hour before cutting.
