Thank you for thinking of us when celebrating a special occasion with your friends and loved ones. We don’t do a lot of cakes but the ones we make, we do very well. All our cakes are masked the same, a rustic clean look all the way around with buttercream over on top of the edges.

Our cake sizes range from 6” to 10”

6” / Small / 6-10 people
8” / Medium / 12-20 people

Carrot Cake:
Our most requested cake. It is our Castle & Coal signature carrot cake with our cream cheese all the way around. No nuts, no raisins.

Basque Cheesecake:
This dense cheesecake is a crowd favourite, the burnt top gives it a slightly bitter flavour and makes the cheesecake not too sweet on the palate. This cake only comes in one size and can serve 8-12 people.

As much as we love wedding cakes. It is not our forte. It is a whole other industry. From masking, decorating, and delivering.

Please order your cake 48 hours before your pick-up date and time. Our team makes everything from scratch and we want to make sure your cake is not rushed. If your cake order is too late, we will reach out to you and cancel your order. Thank you for understanding.
