Our very first Pastries & Pasta a really cool collaboration between Chef Junelle and Chef Daniel.

Chef Daniel Holloway, a culinary chameleon known for blending refined French-Italian technique with rustic, soul-warming flavours, bringing over 25 years of experience and an instinct for innovation to the table.

Currently a sous chef at Vinny on King St West and teaching at George Brown College, Daniel continues to shape the next generation of chefs while crafting dishes that blur the line between artistry and comfort.

From viennoiserie at The Tempered Room to pasta at Buca Osteria & Bar and Bar Prima, his journey has taken him through some of Toronto’s most respected kitchens—and even to San Francisco’s three Michelin-star Atelier Crenn.

1. Is it only for dine-ins?
All orders will be packaged takeaway but you’re welcome to dine inside or outside the shop

2. What time can I pick up?
You can pick up anytime between 11am-2pm. There will be time slots on the order page, please come pick up your order on the time you’ve chosen. Our pastas our made to order, and Chef Daniel is the only one cooking up the delicious pastas. So please be on time 😎

3. What if I don’t like an ingredient in one of the courses?
Unfortunately, we cannot take away or substitute ingredients in our salads, pastas, and pastries.

4. Is it only 1 per person?
Nope, you can order as many as you want. One takeaway should fill one person.

5. Any vegetarian options?
Yes there are!

6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with a full refund anytime before August 14. Anytime after, cancellations are with no refunds.

We have been getting messages about if we’ll have enough on that day. We will have enough for everyone who pre-orders, we will only have limited takeaways for walk-ins.
