A classic English cake made with dates, topped off with warm butterscotch sauce and sprinkled with Fleur de Sel. Excellent comfort dessert best served with an Early Grey tea perfect for a cold winter’s day.

Eat it as is or top it off with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or our favourite, with clotted cream.

Dates, baking soda, sugar, butter, flour, baking powder, salt, cream, brown sugar.
