1 Kouign Amann per order

We take locally grown strawberries and we macerate it for 6 hours to extract the syrup. With then make a jam out of the rest of the strawberries, so nothing gets wasted. We fill our Kouign Amanns with diplomat that is made with our syrup, and finish it off with a little bit of jam. It takes a long time from start to finish but it’s definitely worth it in the end.
