Hello there,
It’s been a while. We’ve been busy at the shop and I haven’t had the time to pause and publish a blog. There are a lot of drafts saved but I either haven’t had the time to finish them, or I’m still trying to find words to make them any longer.
But this blog is about something I’m very proud to announce. I wanted to showcase our pastries and how we create things at the shop, and what better way to do it than showing you through videos. We take pride in our pastries and desserts and we want to show you the steps of how we make them from beginning to end.
Unfortunately, no recipes will be posted. But you can definitely use our techniques on your own recipes.
Our first video is how we make our Queen’s Custard. Something I’m very comfortable in making and probably can do with my eyes closed. It may look simple from the end product but behind the scenes is very different.
It’s going to be relaxed, fun, and hopefully educational. So join us and subscribe to our channel!
