We brine and confit King Cole duck legs in house and it usually takes up 2 days to prepare before finishing it and baking it off in the oven. It’s a made to order sandwich, we assemble and warm up the duck confit before serving.

The Duck Confit Sandwich consists of our soft 50% housemade brioche bun, spicy tomato chutney, arugula, red onion, duck confit, mild Brie, butter, salt and pepper.

NOTE:

We will not be assembling the burger ahead of time. It will be made and assembled once you come in the shop to pick up your order.
