Our madeleines are small, shell shaped French sponge cake and are known for their distinctive hump and buttery , tender texture. They are traditionally baked in a scalloped mold and are often flavoured with lemon zest and vanilla. Our madeleines have nutty profiles from the brown butter and caramelized honey we use in the batter.
