Our Pumpkin Pie Kouign Amann is a French pastry with an autumnal twist. It starts our version of Kouign Amann, a light laminated dough, similar to a croissant dough, folded with layers of butter and sugar, creating a pastry that’s both crisp and caramelized on the outside, yet tender and flaky inside.

This version is filled with our pumpkin pie diplomat, blending our pumpkin pie filling, with our pastry cream.
